If you line manage staff or have accountability for a specific area, you can access help and advice to assist you in making informed decisions when carrying out your role.
A commitment to diversity and inclusion can be grounded in, but not limited to, an employer’s responsibilities under equality legislation. The Equality Act 2010 sets out the ways in that everyone is protected by the legislation and what is required of schools and other areas of the public sector.
