NAHT Crown Dependencies

NAHT represents school leaders in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We provide advice, training and support for our members on a range of issues faced by senior leaders in schools. Along with our colleagues in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, NAHT is there to defend and extend the rights of school leaders. 

Exit interviews

There’s no legal requirement for a school to carry out exit interviews – however, it’s recognised that it can be beneficial to do so, for example, in exploring teacher retention issues. This guidance offers some pointers on an approach that can be adopted to promote their value in a school setting.
