How will education emerge from the current pandemic? In the middle of so much change and flux, what do we as the profession want the future to look like? And how can we then shape a brighter future for everyone in the education system?
The school leaders’ summit will be an exciting, optimistic look at what the future could hold. We are lining up an innovative mix of UK and international speakers to share their experiences of different approached to education worldwide. To look beyond the present and provide insight and hope for what comes next.
The conference will look at what school leaders can do to increase the positive impact they have on their education environment. We will explore the future of key issues currently in sharp focus, including the school workforce, accountability, curriculum and assessment.
We will be focusing on the immediate future of assessment and examination with a view provided by Ofqual who will be talking in detail about assessment and awarding arrangements for spring and summer 2021. This will be a great opportunity to hear directly from the exam regulator about the strategy and operation of teacher-led and external assessment and the exam system.
Who should attend?
All school leaders (senior and middle) and leaders of governance from primary, secondary and special; alternative providers, SEN providers, MATs, secondary and single academy trusts, Independent sector/IAPS and middle schools.
