Be a part of the first face-to-face leadership conference in the industry this year.

We’re excited to announce that The Inspiring Leadership conference has moved to a new location the Utilita arena in Birmingham. This has allowed us to open up some face to face ticket capacity. Due to social distancing rules and regulations, face to face tickets are limited, so book today to avoid disappointment.

All content will be available to you on demand after the conference for 30 days.

Can't make the face-to-face event but don't want to miss out?

The Inspiring Leadership virtual conference package offers school leaders the chance to attend as an individual, with colleagues or as a leadership team.

Over the next few weeks, we will continue to develop the conference formats and content, the virtual platform functionality and the new mobile app so keep checking back for updates.

The Inspiring Leadership Conference is the only conference of its type in the education sector. Nowhere else will you find such diversity of leadership speakers chosen not just for their leadership credentials but also for their ability to engage and inspire us to think carefully and deeply about what we do and why we do what we do.

Every year many school leaders send us their feedback on the annual leadership conference. The most frequently used words include; reflect, refresh, re-focus and realign.

Time is also often mentioned. Time away from school to slow down, time with colleagues and time to be inspired.

Taking time to invest in yourself is an investment in your leadership and your school.

Look who's talking...

Our keynote speakers come with a wealth of stories; some have found their lives under fire and yet flourished, some have successfully challenged the status quo against all odds and others have changed lives through the smallest of actions. All, however, are inspiring. In a year where major challenges facing the sector are as pressing as ever, learn new ways to approach challenges from other leading thinkers, take away fresh approaches to try out and find new supportive colleagues from schools around the UK and internationally.

It wouldn’t be right for us to meet at the first face to face event without looking back at the success of the school staff in the past year. At this year’s Inspiring Leadership Conference, we will celebrate the heroism school leaders, teachers and school staff have shown throughout the pandemic in supporting their schools and communities. We know all school staff are heroes in their communities and at this year’s Inspiring Leadership Conference we want to showcase some of the inspirational examples.
