Education Estates Working Group

Formed in 2019, the Education Estates Working Group (EEWG) is made up of education sector and professional organisations, including NAHT, in order to raise awareness, promote good practice and provide support to schools in respect of all estates issues.

The group aims to provide a joint voice for school estate issues and to develop a central hub for identifying and co-ordinating estates-related training for schools.

As part of this work, the EEWG is currently developing a competency framework for schools to reflect the seven main estates functions in the DfE's Good Estate Management for Schools guidance.

You can find the main webpage and details on current estate management training and conferences for the sector here
