This half-day online course delivered by Coram Life Education & Safety, Caring, Achievement, Resilience, Friendship (SCARF) will provide delegates with evidence-based, key principles for embedding a whole-school approach to PSHE.

Children's emotional health and well-being has a huge impact on their ability to learn, their behaviour and achievement. A whole-school approach, underpinned by strong leadership and management, is key to achieving this.

This course will:
•    Introduce key principles for embedding a whole-school approach to PSHE
•    Discuss how the DfE statutory requirements for RSHE are integral to the PSHE curriculum
•    Give practical steps to meeting Ofsted's expectations for Personal Development (including Spiritual,  Moral, Social and Culteral development [SMSC])
•    Highlight effective strategic planning to support staff well-being and reduce workload

We will use a range of interactive techniques and resources to ensure our training gives you what you need to plan, prepare and deliver effective PSHE in your school.
