Please note the booking terms and conditions. 

Earlybird (in-person event) - A reduced fee of £405 + VAT until 31 January 2022. Faliure to pay within 30 days of booking will result in your booking becoming a standard registration.

Standard (in-person event) - Conference fees £480 + VAT will apply after 31 January 2022.

Small schools (in-person event) - 100 or fewer pupils will receive a reduced rate of £380 + VAT.

Group bookings (in-person event) - five registrations or more will receive a reduced rate of £405 + VAT. To qualify for a group booking all delegate bookings must be made at one time and one invoice will apply for the group.

Only one discount can be applied at any time.

VAT is chargeable on the conference fee, however, this may be reclaimed from HM Revenue and Customs by schools and organisations through their normal VAT reclaim route. NB. Channel Island delegates will need to pay VAT, please click here (Section 2) to read more information on this subject.

Accommodation (for the in-person event) is not included in the conference fee, there are a large number of hotels nearby to suit different budgets. You can also arrange accommodation at negotiated rates via our conference booking site when registering. Please click here to view the hotel list.

'An evening with...' (Conference Dinner) tickets are £65 + VAT and are only available to in-person attendees, please add this to your booking when registering your place.
