NAHT are excited to announce the 2022 SBL conference face-to-face event in Manchester. This dedicated conference for School Business Leaders will reflect the unique nature of the SBL's role in education, with the programme designed by practising SBLs serving on the NAHT SBL committee.
The theme for the day is ‘Thriving in a Climate of Change’ and is about re-setting the top priorities for the future of business leadership in education. With a consideration for managing the pressures of their roles, the need to balance well-being with changed expectations for transparency and decision making also demands a high level of comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty. School Business Leaders can thrive by challenging old assumptions and business models, understanding how to navigate a different course defined by their determination to make effective business decisions in our rapidly changing world.
