Steve Russell
Steve Russell is founder and Director of Beyond Behaviour, an organisation which provides consultancy, coaching and professional development in all aspects of behaviour, wellbeing and leadership. With over 20 years’ experience, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge in helping people take a step back and look beyond behaviours that cause concern in order to identify solutions. This might be:
- classroom behaviour – pupils, teachers, support staff and parents/carers;
- exploring how teams within organisations can work more effectively;
- supporting leaders to inspire, motivate and empower others;
- personal coaching to help individuals thrive more in their work and personal life.
Wherever and whoever he is working with, Steve’s emphasis is always on creating a collaborative partnership to empower people to effect changes that will increase their effectiveness and promote their well-being.
