Notice of scheduled maintenance on our systems (Monday 15 - Sunday 22 November)

Member log in facilities are currently down due to scheduled maintenance (Monday 15 - Sunday 22 November)

We are updating our systems on this week. This will mean that login facilities on our website will be out of action during this time, including access to advice articles and the communications preference centre.

We will be using this time to migrate our member database to another system to future proof the way we manage data and pave the way for improvements to the digital experience for our members.

What you need to know

As the login facility will be out of use during this week, you won't be able to download advice documents independently. If you need urgent access to a specific advice article, you can request this via our web form here.

Access to the communications preference centre will also be paused, so if you wish to make changes to the types of emails you receive from us, access will be resumed from next week. A link to the preference centre can be found in the footer of all our emails.
