Workshop - Demystifying Ofsted

with Philippa Ollerhead

This workshop is designed to introduce new Head Teachers to the Common Inspection Framework and the latest updates from Ofsted, de-mystifying the process of inspection, and clarifying the Head Teachers role pre-Ofsted and during the inspection.

During the workshop you will develop an understanding of the conversations to have with staff and governors prior to the Ofsted visit and the key documentation and professional dialogues you need to prepare.  You will consider the evidence required for each judgement and how best to present that evidence.
