NAHT Crown Dependencies

NAHT represents school leaders in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We provide advice, training and support for our members on a range of issues faced by senior leaders in schools. Along with our colleagues in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, NAHT is there to defend and extend the rights of school leaders.

A model dignity at work policy for school leaders

All members of a school's workforce have a right to be treated with dignity and respect in the workplace. NAHT has teamed up with The Key to create a model dignity at work policy for school leaders to adapt for their workplaces. It covers the relevant legislation, examples of unacceptable behaviour and the steps someone should take if they're being harassed, bullied or victimised.​
