NAHT Crown Dependencies

NAHT represents school leaders in Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. We provide advice, training and support for our members on a range of issues faced by senior leaders in schools. Along with our colleagues in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, NAHT is there to defend and extend the rights of school leaders.

NAHT at Pride marches in 2026

NAHT is proud to stand with the LGBT+ community and celebrate diversity and inclusion. In 2026, we’re taking part in Pride events across the country to show our commitment to equality in education and beyond.

Why Pride matters to us

NAHT is clear that all individuals should be able to be their full selves and feel valued and accepted for who they are; and that the children and young people in our schools deserve to have an education that reflects themselves, their families, and the world around them. Joining Pride is a powerful way to demonstrate that commitment.

Come and march with us!

We’d love our members to join us at local Pride parades and events. Bring your colleagues, wear your NAHT colours, and help us send a clear message: education is for everyone.
