Following an increase in the number of queries received from NAHT members in England that relate to falling rolls in schools and the triggering of pay range reviews for incumbent head teachers, we address some of the key issues for school leaders whose terms and conditions are governed by the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document (STPCD) England.
