Relationships and sexuality education curriculum requirement (Wales) – guidance

The Relationships and Sexuality Education (RSE) curriculum requirement came into effect in Wales in September 2022. This advice document has been prepared by NAHT to support and guide our members in addressing any concerns or complaints arising from the requirement of RSE.

The Welsh government published the RSE Code and Guidance, which is essential reading as education settings must follow this guidance in the delivery of relationships and sexuality education.
