Course description

How can you improve teaching and learning in your school?  How effective are your current systems?  What will Ofsted expect to see?  This course will help you to build a profile of teaching developments in your school; identify effective teaching and learning; evaluate the effectiveness of your current appraisal and CPD systems; sharpen your monitoring and evaluation processes, and practise the skills needed to improve teaching and learning in your school.
