Effective workforce deployment - London

Date
13/09/2018 09:00 - 15:30
Description

This new course will focus on the current educational challenge of maintaining and improving standards alongside a shrinking budget. It will support delegates to think creatively about workforce deployment by evaluating current teaching and learning, and support structures.

Delegates will reflect on the structure of their timetable and their teaching, and support staff structures to ascertain whether they are 'future proofed' and financially sustainable into the future. You will then learn how to formulate an internal personnel action plan, and consider the HR implications and 'pitfalls' to avoid.

Please bring with your current structure for leadership, teaching and support staff.
