The Gatsby Foundation has published new guidance about using the Gatsby Benchmarks for Good Career Guidance with students with SEND. The guidance gathers together the views of leading practitioners and national experts to describe how they have successfully used the benchmarks to deliver better career guidance for students with a wide range of needs and disabilities. The guidance looks at case studies and experiences from many different types of provision, from residential schools and specialist colleges to mainstream schools.
The publication aims to inspire careers leaders, teachers and all those working with young people with special educational needs and disabilities to use the Gatsby Benchmarks to create a strong career guidance programme for each and every young person.
