Acquired brain injury: information and resources for school staff

It is estimated that the equivalent of one child per class will have experienced some kind of acquired brain injury (ABI) by the time they finish school. School staff should be aware that an injury in childhood can lead to the emergence of new needs as the brain develops, so it is crucial that the ABI is not forgotten about as a child progresses through the school system.
