The National Literacy Trust has just launched a new website with many new features including the option to create a free log in. Once signed in you will be able to see all the most relevant news, research, programmes and resources for you.
There is also an easy-to-use resources page which pulls in all resources from across the website and filters them by phase, topic, age etc. Plus, an enhanced members section with new and updated resources, unlimited access for all school staff, a personalised dashboard and key word searches to help you find content.
The Read On. Get On. page
has also been redesigned and now sits prominently within the campaign section of the website. Read On. Get On. (ROGO) was launched in 2014 by a coalition of charities and education organisations committed to improving reading levels. The campaign aims to get all children reading well by the age of 11 and to have all children achieving good levels of language, early literacy and reading development by the age of five. The page includes research reports and more information on the campaign as a whole.
