Pay progression linked to performance


We're aware that some trainers are incorrectly suggesting that if a teacher isn’t awarded a performance point, they must be placed on a capability procedure. This advice document explains paragraph 19 of part three of the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions (STPCD) 2016 in this respect.
