Disciplinary Procedure

There will be occasions where the conduct of an employee is of a an unacceptable nature or standard and in such cases there is the need for a formal disciplinary procedure through which the issues can be identified and appropriate action taken.

It is important that suitable rules and procedures are in place within the school which will promote fairness and consistency in the treatment of the conduct of individual employees and that are compatible with the school's equality policies.
