Across Birmingham, Liverpool and York, NAHT has listened directly to school leaders about the pressures they’re facing and the issues most on their minds. These gatherings have brought members together with NAHT’s senior team, the law firm Browne Jacobson and the National Governance Association to unpack some of the most pressing topics in school life right now: special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) reforms, Ofsted, parental complaints, the Employment Rights Act and the shifting education landscape.
