In NAHT’s 125th birthday year, we look forward to welcoming delegates to our Annual Conference and AGM, which takes place in Telford International Centre from Friday 29 to Saturday 30 April.
Annual Conference is an excellent opportunity to catch up with colleagues, celebrate how far our union has come and, most importantly, help shape its policy focus for the next year.
After taking part in the union’s official business, delegates will debate important motions on issues such as county lines and child exploitation, the recruitment crisis in children’s services and closing the gender pay gap.
The packed programme also features some great speakers – including Bridget Phillipson, shadow secretary of state for education – an introduction to our new president Paul Gosling, a lively range of exhibitors and, of course, plenty of opportunities to network and socialise with other delegates.
The Annual Conference and AGM begins at 2pm on Friday afternoon until 5:30pm and resumes on Saturday morning from 9am until 5pm.
