WAMG Note 24: Threshold and Performance Management for Teachers in England from September 2009 - is a further note on revised threshold arrangements which confirms the guidance recently sent by email to schools from the DCSF.
It encourages headteachers to meet with all teachers who intend to apply for threshold assessment in Round 10 before the end of this term, together with their PM reviewers. It covers the purpose of the meeting, and the possible outcomes from it.
