Following the announcement from HM Treasury that the discussions on public service pensions have now concluded, Russell Hobby, general secretary of the NAHT, said: "The Department have sent us today their final offer for this phase of the negotiations. As with previous offers, it imposes a large cut in pay and conditions for teachers. We will review it and put it before our National Executive. There are no further plans for action at this stage."
