In April 2017, the Department for Education (DfE) will be launching a new service which will provide schools and other existing user groups with detailed performance analysis as a replacement to RAISEonline.
NAHT members were involved in user feedback to the DfE last year to inform their work to develop the replacement service and impressed on them the need to ensure a core free service is available to all schools. We have engaged extensively with the replacement team about both primary and secondary school leaders' views on what data is important to them for the new version of the report.
The DfE have also worked with users to ensure the new service will be easier to navigate and use, whilst retaining familiar tools such as filters.
As the new service is DfE led, the Ofsted helpdesk will close on 31 March 2017.
When the new service is available you will be contacted with the link to the new site as well as information regarding your Secure Access log-in. They will also be providing a couple of short videos to help users familiarise themselves with the new service.
