The Department for Education has published the latest version of guidance stipulating to schools the information that must be published online.

Requirements for academies (including free schools) have not changed. However there have been three areas of change introduced for maintained schools. Two came into effect from the start of September. These were the requirement to publish the school's complaints policy, and the requirement to reinstate the SEN section that had been previously deleted in error.
Members in voluntary aided schools are advised to read the section on admissions arrangements as requirements have been 'clarified', with effect from the beginning of November 2016.
