Ofsted consultation response - guidance for members

Ofsted is planning to introduce a new school inspection framework from September 2012.  

The proposals are set out in a consultative document, with responses sought by 3^rd May. 

It is vital that as many school leaders as possible respond to the consultation to ensure that the voice of the profession is clearly heard.  

The questions to which responses are sought by Ofsted are outlined in the attached document below, together with a commentary highlighting some of the implications and issues to consider when responding, drawn up by the NAHT.
