The YPLA has published the statement for the next funding year. This will be its last before its replacement, the Education Funding Agency, assumes responsibility in April of this year.
There are a number of documents on the YPLA website.
In addition to the main document, there are a number of supporting items. A presentation, found here, gives a clear and concise overview.
The documentation pulls no punches in terms of the challenges the sector will face and the extension of transitional arrangements from one to four years is a recognition of this.
The public consultation on changes to the funding mechanism, to be introduced in 2013/14, closes this week (January 4th).
