    03 October 2011 These procedures are designed to resolve any concerns/disputes that arise in a timely fashion and in a manner which avoids adversarial exchanges. The focus is intended be on resolution rather than on dispute. The procedure[s] to be followed will depend on the particular nature of an individual's concern[s].
