    19 November 2012 The NAHT website documents reflect the DfE guidelines, which the department provided for the discharge of functions of all admission authorities of maintained schools in England. Academies (free schools, studio schools and technical colleges) are required to comply with the code and the law relating to admissions by their funding agreements. This may mean that some of the older established Academies are not bound in the same way as those newer Academies established during / after 2010 - the funding agreem

    17 June 2013 Amendments have been made to the 2006 regulations in the Education (Pupil Registration) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2013. These amendments, as described below, will come into force on 1 September 2013.
