The strength and integrity of your work requires you to spend most of your time supporting or dealing with others.  This is an opportunity for you to breathe new life into your career to ensure that you continue to grow and develop your skills to the benefit of your whole school community.

The course will bring you an opportunity to reflect on major change to the educational landscape as a result of the white paper.  You will be able to reflect on key aspects of leading your school in times of change to maximise the chances of helping your staff and children to thrive.

What people have said about this course

  • I was very impressed.  It really provided me with so much food for thought regarding my leadership style.  I intend implementing some style changes very soon.

  • This was one of the most supportive and thought provoking courses I have been on.  It gave time both for personal reflection about my own leadership style and also the view that as a Head you are not alone!

  • Excellent - particularly relating to experience which put the input into context.
