Course description

A practical senior leadership team session, whereby school teams can work in a supported environment to plan for presenting convincing evidence for pupil attainment, progress and achievement.

You will receive specific guidance on:

  • interrogating Raiseonline/national school package effectively on attainment and pupil progress for whole school, groups and individuals
  • using data to clarify your context
  • presenting secure and persuasive evidence
  • making secure judgements on attainment, progress and pupil achievement

The day will include guidance and information on the use of data followed by workshop time within your teams.  The facilitator will support schools with individual questions and concerns, ways to action plan for improvement and evidence to reflect your data in a positive light.

Pre-course preparation

Schools will be asked to bring their Raiseonline, national and local packages, tracking and school's own data to use in your self evaluation towards being 'good' or 'outstanding'.
