Course description
This one-day course will take you through the expectations and changes of the new Ofsted processes for clear understanding of the new framework including:

the risk assessment process
-
changes to how pupil achievement and the quality of teaching in the school are inspected

inspecting the quality of the leadership and management of the school
-
inspecting the behaviour and safety of pupils at the school and
-
implications of being satisfactory within the new framework
You will also receive specific guidance on:

presenting secure and persuasive evidence

challenging outcomes
-
strategies for dealing with 'difficult' inspectors

information on all aspects of the Ofsted complaints procedure and

what the NAHT can do to help
