Course description
This new course defines the possible catalysts for change and the implementation of change, forward planning, statutory requirements, contractual entitlements and changes to employment contracts. It supports schools in action planning to meet their specific needs.
Is your school staffing organisation fit for the future? What are the drivers for change? Are you considering restructuring, redundancy, outsourcing, shared service delivery, federation/collaboration or Academy conversion? How do you go about implementing the necessary change, keeping skilled employees on board and ensuring compliance with employment law?
Pre-course preparation
Delegates should come to the course with a vision for why their school organisation needs to change and the potential effect on present and future employees. This will inform a school specific action plan.
