NAHT will make a charge, based on a percentage of the delegate fee, if a booking is cancelled for whatever reason as we will have incurred costs. 
Bookings can only be cancelled by ringing the events team on 01444 472405 or by email to events@naht.org.uk

Within 20 working days of the date - 25% 
Within 10 working days of the date - 50% 
Within   5 working days of the date - 75% 
Within   2 working days of the date - 100%

NAHT reserves the right to cancel the event if insufficient bookings are received.
