Within 20 working days of the course date - 20% of the course fee;
Within 10 working days of the course date - 50% of the course fee;
Within 5 working days of the course date - 75% of the course fee.
Refunds cannot be made for cancellations received within 24 hours of the course date. All cancellations must be notified in writing to : NAHT Events Department.
The NAHT reserves the right to cancel the course if insufficient applications are received.
