In the event of a cancellation the following charges will apply: Within 20 working days of the course date - 20% of the programme fee; Within 10 working days of the course date - 50% of the programme fee; Within 5 working days of the course date - 75% of the programme fee. Refunds cannot be made for cancellations received within 24 hours of the course date. Cancellations must be notified by telephone to the Course Administrator, Training & Development (01444 472442), followed by confirmation in writing before the course date. For transfer requests within the cancellation period, the NAHT reserves the right to charge a £10.00 administration fee. The NAHT reserves the right to cancel the course if insufficient applications have been received three weeks prior to the course date.
