In this paper David Gray tries to identify the issues that he believes, if addressed could redirect the Education Service back to meeting the needs of both the pupils and the business community for the 21st century.
David Gray is a member of National Council and was a juror for the NAHT Commission of Inquiry into Assessment and League Tables.
