Parental leave policy (Assure) – updated April 2015

Parental leave is the right of the employee to take time off work to look after a child or make arrangements for the child's welfare, where the employee has parental responsibility for the child (including where parental responsibility has been acquired under The Children’s Act 1989). Parental leave is unpaid.
