In 2016, the Department for Education (DfE) introduced a new coasting standard through the Education and Adoption Bill. This set a different performance threshold and schools will be labelled as coasting if they don't meet this requirement for three years running. To help schools, we've created a calculator so you can check if your school has met the standard for the last two years, or if it's at risk of being categorised as coasting in 2017.
Take a look at the Primary Coasting Calculator or alternatively you can access the Secondary Coasting Calculator.
