Service standards
We will provide you with log in details, portal instructions and helpdesk information from the day you purchase an Access or Combined package.
If you telephone the helpdesk and your query needs referring on for expert advice, a consultant will telephone you back, by appointment, normally within three hours. In an emergency we will ensure a member of the team contacts you within one hour.
If you email us via the portal, we will acknowledge your message within one working day and provide a response within three working days.
Quality assurance
Feedback is important to us, so we will ensure this is easy to provide and that we respond to it. All customers will be invited to provide feedback on the service they receive.
Assure may email customers for feedback and customers can initiate feedback by email, via the portal or by telephone.
All customers will also be invited to join user groups, either by email or discussion forum, or at face to face meetings.
