The Salaries, Pensions, Conditions (SPC) Department offers support, help and guidance on matters relating to:-

Members' salaries - including pay and performance reviews and the setting of performance objectives.

Pensions - including guidance on all matters that relate to the Teachers' Pension Schemes, in particular, help and guidance on ill-health retirement.

Conditions of service/employment issues - including sick, maternity, paternity and adoption leave and pay, flexible working and equal pay.

The National Agreement "Raising Standards and Tackling Workload" - including the contractual changes affecting members of the leadership group and teachers and broader issues of remodelling.
