As school budgets get tighter and tighter, the last thing any school leader wants to do is restructure every year. Delegates will receive some practical tips on how to start with a blank sheet of paper, start as you mean to go on and avoid some of the tempting mistakes that are made too often.
Delegates will leave this session with practical ideas to take back to school that will enable them to start mapping out their restructure, do it right (first time) and hit all the objectives required. It will also provide useful ideas for implementation to ensure the change process is as smooth as possible for staff.
