Well-being, an evergreen issue, is a challenging subject for school leaders because they continuously need to deal with and respond to the welfare of staff and pupils.   

Our advice sets out a pragmatic approach for school leaders as they seek to put in place well-being arrangements that will help to ensure duties of care are exercised and the perceptions of staff are optimised through day-to-day interaction, encounters and communication.
